Registration & Admission Process
Participation in the Asian Renewable Energy Grid Integration Workshop in Indonesia 2027 is free of charge.
To ensure high technical depth and a balanced representation of system operators, policymakers, industry representatives, and academia across the region, seats are limited and subject to a curated admission process.

Please note the following milestones to plan your registration and travel:

| 28 February 2027 | Admission Confirmation | Official confirmation emails (Step 2) are issued to approved participants. |
| 27–29 April 2027 | Workshop Days | Three-day workshop in Denpasar, Indonesia. |
How the 2-Step Registration Works
To secure your seat, please complete the following two steps:
Step 1: Submit your “Request for Registration”
Between 1 and 15 February 2027, complete the online registration form with your professional background.
Important: Immediately upon submission, you will receive an automated acknowledgement of receipt. This initial email confirms that we received your request, but does not constitute admission.
Step 2: Review & Final Confirmation of Admission
The organizers review all incoming applications to ensure a balanced participant group.
- Your seat is only confirmed once you receive a second, official confirmation email (by 28 February 2027).
- Only participants holding this second confirmation will be granted access to the conference venue and side events.
Information for Accepted Speakers & Presenters
- Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be notified on 01 February 2027.
- Pre-approved status: Accepted speakers are automatically pre-approved for attendance.
- Registration required: You must still complete the online registration form between 1 and 15 February 2027 to confirm your attendance.
Visas & Travel Arrangements
- Booking travel: Please do not book non-refundable flights or accommodation until you have received your official confirmation email (Step 2) by late February.
- Visa responsibility: Attendees are solely responsible for verifying Indonesian entry requirements and securing the appropriate visa in good time.
- Official Visa Invitation Letters: If you require a formal visa support/invitation letter, this will be issued exclusively by GIZ Indonesia & ASEAN upon request after your registration has been approved.
